How long will my order take?

Everything is hand-poured to order in small batches in our Bridgend studio, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the UK.

Is shipping free?

Yes — orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

Because our candles and wax melts are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

What are your candles made from?

Natural soy wax, blended with fragrance and essential oils. 

How long do your candles burn for?

As a guide: our medium tin candles burn for 30+ hours, and our large glass candles burn for 45+ hours. Burn time varies slightly by scent and size.

How do I look after my candle?

Trim the wick to 5mm before every burn, and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges the first time you light it — this helps prevent tunnelling. We recommend burning for no more than 3–4 hours at a time.

Do you do subscriptions?
